Which cameras are compatible with Cinefade?

The Cinefade system is compatible with all analogue film and digital cameras.

The cmotion Cinefade VariND filters sit in front of the lens and an external iris motor varies depth of field, which is completely independent of the camera. Therefore all cameras can be used with the system as long as a cine-lens can be mounted.

It is advisable to use a camera with a large sensor to achieve a very shallow depth of field and a low-light sensitive sensor can be beneficial when shooting indoors at a high T-stop.
